What to Expect & Session tips:
Thank you so much for booking a Christmas Mini Session!
These sessions will be held in our backyard at our home in Joppa, MD. I will confirm your session the day before your booked date and at that time I will send you our address.
We do our best to keep your session with us as fun and relaxed as possible. Your session will be 10-15 minutes long with my husband myself. I am there to help with posing, lighting and getting the little ones to smile and laugh. During your session we will get as many shots as we can so that you have a lot of options in your gallery to choose from. We will be sure to get a family/group photo, individual portraits of each child, pics of the children with parents, etc. All photos will be taken in front of our Christmas themed set. We will have an emerald green settee for your portraits and if you have any props you'd like to bring, please feel free to do so.
These sessions are perfect for up to five people. If you have more than five people and/or pets, please let me know up front. Pets are welcome but please let me know ahead of time as we might need to book additional time.

If you would like to pay your $75 retainer fee via PayPal, you can pay using our link: https://www.paypal.com/paypalme/dcpbaltimore. If you prefer to pay by Venmo, my venmo is @kristina-stotler and the last four digits of my phone number are 8838. Your session's remaining balance of $50 is due the day of your session. You can pay by cash, PayPal or Venmo.
The day of your session, we ask that you arrive a few minutes early to get everyone ready for pictures. It's always a good idea to wipe faces, noses, etc. Because we are doing these sessions at our home and want to respect social distancing and all of our clients' safety and comfort levels, if you are more than five minutes early for your session, please be sure to wait in your car. I will have a screened in porch area that you can wait in if you arrive a few minutes early but I want to make sure that our clients don't get backed up in the waiting area. It's also a good idea to bundle up the kiddos until your session starts if it's chilly.
Within 1 or 2 days of your session, I will post one Sneak Peek image. You can share this image, tag people, etc. If you do not want anything posted on social media, that is totally fine. It is optional.
About 5-7 days after your session, you will receive a gallery of proof images. I will add a few edited images in your gallery so that you can get an idea of what a final product will look like but for the most part, the images will be unedited.
More information regarding these galleries will be sent out with your gallery. A total of five edited and retouched, high resolution digital picture files are included with this mini session package.
Additional edited images can be purchased for $15 each. Only the images that you choose are available for you to keep.
Once you make your selections, I will then edit them and send you back a finalized galley within 2-3 weeks. I try to aim for 2 weeks because I know how excited our clients get but sometimes I need that extra week.
You will also receive a personal photo print release so that you can have prints made or you can also purchase prints from us. We use high quality, professional photo labs only available to professional photographers.
